At Wild Thyme, we handcraft delicious, local, and seasonal cuisine without global boundaries.

The Wild Thyme Company was founded in 2005, by CEO Dawn Carvajal, working to create “Borderless Cuisine” without global boundaries. Most of what we do is custom by client request. We have an extensive and diverse epicurean background within our culinary management team and appreciate any opportunity to research and prepare various types of cuisine across the board.

Founded on Mediterranean and Coastal California fares, our menus offer a farm-to-table feel, capturing the essence of fresh food and local provisions.

We handcraft our food with both a classic, yet trendsetting approach while maintaining the highest standards of local, seasonal quality.

To cater to each and every client, we take pride in a heightened awareness of allergies and aversions to food and understand the need for creativity within these boundaries. For example, we understand the importance of balanced meal for eaters across the spectrum. From a celiac vegetarian in need of protein and complex grains, to a carefully curated meat-based offering - we take care in curating a menu with careful thought and consideration.
