THE WILD THYME COMPANY creates “Borderless Cuisine” without global boundaries. Most of what we do is custom by client request. We have an extensive and diverse epicurean background within our culinary management team and appreciate any opportunity to research and prepare various types of cuisine across the board. The Wild Thyme Company was founded on Mediterranean and Coastal California fares giving our menus a fresh, “farm to table” feel. We handcraft our food with both a classic and trendsetting approach while maintaining the highest standards of quality that emphasizing local, seasonal meals. We have a heightened awareness of allergies and aversions to food and understand the need for creativity within these boundaries. For example, we know how important a balanced meal is to a celiac vegetarian and that the entrée should be varied and provide protein along with complex grains. It should be just as well thought out as the main or meat based offerings are.
