Chef prepares your choice of marinated beef, grilled chicken and garlic shrimp with fresh veggies including; julienne carrots, snow peas, sprouts, enoke mushrooms, onions, baby corn, water chestnuts and peanuts over sticky rice.

Carving Station

Hoisin glazed pork loin, carved to order with a spicy honey glaze dipping sauce and sweet ginger mustard sauce.

Pacific Rim Dim Sum

Large bamboo steamer baskets filled with steaming hot fried rice, steamed rice and udon noodles as well as fresh Chef prepared lobster, shrimp and vegetable tempura with spicy peanut and ponzu dipping sauce.

Napa Cabbage, watercress, sugar snap peas and crispy wontons with honey miso dressing

Mandarin

Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, avocado and golden raisins with citrus curry vinaigrette

Yakisoba noodles tossed with julienne carrot, cilantro, red onion, fresh mango and spicy peanut dressing

Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Chef to prepare fresh spring rolls from fresh ingredients including shrimp, tofu, lobster, cucumber, daikon sprouts, carrot, mango and mint. Served with coconut lime, yuzu and sweet curry dipping sauces.

Hawaiian BBQ Beef Tenderloin, carved to order and topped with Mango Pineapple salsa and served with coconut rice

Saffron Paella

Chef will prepare fresh paella with classic ingredients including andouille sausage, clams, shrimp, tender chicken, mussels with fresh vegetables and saffron infused rice.
