Our COVID Protocols for our Foodie Family

In order to continue serving our wonderful guests in this uncertain time we have developed comprehensive protocols to keep both you and our team members safe.

Please know that we are committed to social distancing, safety and consistent sanitation measures as we continue to be your dedicated partner in all things delicious and fun!

Some of the important measures we’re taking at our kitchen headquarters:

  • Temperature checks at the beginning of each staff member’s shift and once during their break time along with a good health questionnaire that is filled out daily by each team member.

  • Equipping our team with gloves, masks, and sanitizing products consistent with CDC guidelines.

  • Limiting the number of staff in our facility at any given time to ensure we can effectively practice social distancing.

  • Gloves and face masks are required to be worn at all times, and no items are to be touched unless hands have been washed.

  • Timers are set for all staff to clean and sanitize their area.

Measures to keep our guests safe:

  • For the time being, for online orders, we will bring your order out to you, curbside!

  • For weddings and events, we’ve created a Tastings-To-Go program for qualified clients. Choose the menu you’d like and pick it up curbside. (More details here)

    • We are also offering tastings in house at our kitchen for small groups. You can request indoor or outdoor seating! This will remain in effect as California mandates allow.

  • With restrictions in place, we are limiting most of our services to contactless delivery only or delivery, set up, and pick up of food and equipment as needed for most events.

    • We are also offering some full service catering with specific safety protocols for small, outdoor family events.

  • Our sales team is available and ready to talk with you via video call, email, text or call! We are here to help you plan your event and answer any questions or concerns. Get in touch with us.
