San Diego’s food culture has seen rapid growth in the past few years with many local favorites introducing new cuisines, experiences, and flavors. We’ve also seen a rise in the desire to host events in San Diego from destination weddings to corporate events. The latest menu collection offers many of our foodie favorites that have become classic menu items such as our French onion fondue and our signature Wild Thyme Tablescape Buffet. We’ve also refreshed some menu items with revamped flavor. In the past few years, we’ve seen a change in the way people want to experience events; from the way we serve food to the flavors in the menu. As we were going through the menu, we worked across all departments to discuss the way we envision our clients’ event experience from event design, menu selection, and the way they engage with our food.
